DISABLED FACILITIES AND ACCESS TO SERVICES
Surbiton Health Centre has reserved car parking spaces for the disabled marked near the front door. Please ensure your car is validated using the number plate recognition screens in reception.
Wheelchair access to the building is through the front entrance, we have automatic doors at the entrance and waiting area and also in the onsite pharmacy Paydens.
Guide dogs are permitted in the building.
Langley Medical Practice can provide easy read leaflets and large print letters on request.
The practice has access to a British Sign Language Interpreting Service (BSL)
For patients with hearing issues, all staff members have access to communicate by SMS text and email.
All services at the health centre including disabled toilet facilities are provided at ground floor level and suitable for wheelchair users. Surbiton Health Centre has a lift to the first floor for other facilities such as x-ray, dentistry and physiotherapy, braille is on the lift panel.
