What to do if you have symptoms?
Stay at home for 7 days if you live on your own or 14 days if you live with others and have either:
If you live with someone who is 70 or over, has a long-term condition, is pregnant or has a weakened immune system, try to find somewhere else for them to stay for 14 days.
Please do not visit Langley Medical Practice, do not go to a pharmacy or hospital. Stay indoors, avoid close contact with people, stay at least 3 steps apart from people, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds regularly, and do not contact NHS 111 to tell them you are staying at home. If your symptoms worsen after 7 days contact NHS 111 online
We are unable to issue "sick" notes to employers for patients self-isolating. Please follow the attached guidelines for more information. Patients can complete either one of the following: 111 nhs isolation note or Letter for Employer

Appointments at the surgery are now being booked by a doctor after talking with you over the phone first.
Reception will allocate you to a GP who will call you back.
This will be either in the morning OR afternoon. We are no longer seeing routine appointments with GPs or nurses such as Diabetes, Asthma, NHS Health Checks, ear syringing, travel vaccinations, cryotherapy and minor surgery, 24 hour blood pressure monitoring, and non urgent blood testing.
If you have been booked in to see a nurse, GP or our phlebotomist, please attend Surbiton Health Centre wearing a face covering.
